The reviews speak for themselves. Ria Isa, a self-proclaimed food court foodie, raves about the goat masala, declaring it the best in town. Served with golden yellow rice and a fresh salad, this dish exemplifies the restaurant's commitment to authentic flavors. Each dish is thoughtfully seasoned, striking that perfect balance—neither too heavy nor overly saucy. For those staying at nearby accommodations like the Double Tree Hilton, accessibility is a breeze, especially with the skyway connection making it just a few steps away.
Another loyal customer, David Mudder, emphasizes that after weekly visits, he has yet to discover a reason to stop. The fantastic food and reasonable prices make Skyway New Masala a standout among traditional fast-casual options. The fellow patrons rave about their delightful experiences, praising the chicken korma and butter chicken as must-tries, perfectly complemented by generous servings of fluffy rice.
Quentin Ikuta captures the heart of Skyway New Masala perfectly, noting not only the authentic dishes but also the welcoming nature of the owner. It’s a place where people can indulge in both Indian and Mediterranean cuisine, blending savory samosas with sweet baklava or gyro bowls, making every visit a unique culinary adventure.
Skyway New Masala is not just about food; it’s about community. As Vivek Agarwal points out, supporting local businesses adds an extra layer of satisfaction to each meal. With so much love and care poured into every dish, it’s impossible not to feel the joy of food here. It’s more than just a meal; it’s an experience worth savoring.
In summary, if you find yourself in St. Paul, make sure to visit Skyway New Masala. Transport your taste buds across continents with flavors that are real, authentic, and greatly satisfying. Whether you’re in the mood for Indian spices or Mediterranean delights, this culinary sanctuary is a taste of bliss waiting for you.
“ I’m a food court foodie, and this is a 5 star review, minus the bones in my goat masala - good portion, reasonably priced (even got a Wednesday discount), with a smiling, friendly owner. The goat masala is delicious with yellow rice, salad and rightly spiced. If you stay at the Double Tree Hilton, you can use the skyway access, get off level 2 to get to the Town Square food court in like 50 foot steps. Lots of seating to eat or chat. This restaurant is closed Fridays. Interestingly, both Indian/Mediterranean food are available including gyro bowls and baklava or samosas and biriyani. ”
“ I go here once a week and i will never stop going. The food is fantastic and a great break from the traditional offerings in the skyway. Prices are on point Staff is friendly What’s not to love? ”
“ Incredible lunch and dinner spot. Good hot chai. The food is authentic, the owner is very kind, and the prices are reasonable. Supporting a small business is very rewarding, enjoying the food is even more of a reason to love Skyway Masala. Highly recommend. ”
“ The flavors are real and authentic. Owner is very friendly and kind. I ordered Chicken korma that came with a generous serving of rice and delicious, flavorful chicken. Couldn’t control myself to get the lunch again next day and this time it was butter chicken which was again made perfectly delicious and served with smile. Definitely a gem in St Paul skyway for indian/pakistani food lovers !! My favorite spot for lunch!! ”
“ The goat masala is the best in town. The new Mediterranean dishes are equally amazing. Everything is seasoned to perfection, full of flavors, but not too saucy nor too heavy. ”
“ The best Halal Real Pakistani food in Minnesota, if you are craving for real flavors of Pakistani food then you should visit Tahir bhai restaurant. Skyway serves everyday fresh food and they are off on weekends. So its 100% guaranteed fresh food being prepared every morning. ”
“ Check this place out! Just had the chicken shawarma and it was so good, portion was great and price was great. Looks like a nice mom and daughter are running it. Check it out and support a great little business in the skyway! ”
